2.The petitioner filed a relaxation petition for relaxing the condition No.1 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20882 of 2016 dated 10.11.2016.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after dismissing the cancelation of anticipatory bail, the accused approached this Court to relax the condition. In view of the earlier order passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1855 of 2017, this petition is dismissed.
