Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAMED YUSUF, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
The petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 406, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.12 of 2017.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required.
