Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
The petitioner was charged for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.426 of 2017.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed already on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the court Concerned on receipt of summons.
