The condition imposed by this Court on 02.09.2016 in Crl.OP.19211 of 2016 with regard to deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.725 of 2016 is modified and instead, Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) shall be deposited by the petitioner to the credit of said Cr.No., within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
