Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue direction to the 3rd respondent to allow the minor petitioner to continue his Marine Engineering Course in the 3rd respondent College without any course fee by implementing guidelines laid down in G.O.Ms.No.92 and to reimburse a sum of Rs.1,83,900/- collected from the minor petitioner by taking into account of the representation dated 23.07.2014.
