Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to initiate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2013 for illegal seizure of the Honda Activa bearing Regn No.TN-57-AC-4959 kept in the petitioners house with jewels and cash of Rs.20,000/- thereon by respondents 3 & 4 and consequently restore the vehicle jewels and cash from the respondents 3 and 4 herein.
