ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the Electric Engneer (Distribution) to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2015 in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.9192 of 2009 dated 15.09.2009 towards the removal of the electric pole No.15/95 situate in the street comprising in Survey No.1118/2I Aathuvazhi Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2.Even as per the circular dated 02.07.2015, the Department has categorically stated that in the event of the petitioner paying necessary costs for shifting, they are prepared to do the same.
3.Therefore, the petitioner shall approach the authority by paying necessary charges for the shifting of the pole. Thereafter, the authority concerned shall take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
