PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to reimburse the medical expenses to the petitioner for taking treatment from 04.06.2014 to 07.06.2014 at Appollo Hospital, Chennai with 12% interest per annum.
