Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give two incentives, which are due to the petitioners, for completing their B.Lit. and M.A.B.Ed. in Tamil as per the G.O.Ms.No.107 of School Education Department, dated 20.01.1976 from 2009 onwards and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

COMMON ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners had given letters to the registry, dated 12-07-2016, seeking to list the matters under the caption “For withdrawal”.
