Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent relating to the order in proceedings No.A1/17211/2014, dated 01.12.2014 (signed on 04.12.2014), quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue to serve in the same post/station and pass such further orders as this Court deems fit.
The learned counsel for the petitioner had given a letter to the registry, dated 11-07-2016, seeking to list the matter under the caption “For withdrawal”. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
