Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein relating to the impugned Recovery Order passed by him in Na.Ka.No.8354/2007 A2, dated 18.05.2007, quash the said impugned order and consequently, to direct the respondents herein to disburse all the due service and monetary benefits to the petitioner as the permanent Village Administrative Officer, without any deduction whatsoever by misconstruing G.O.Ms.No.691, Revenue (Ser.7), dated 19.10.2006, and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.
