The subject matter is relating to removal of certain entires pertaining to registration, on the basis of Judgment and decree dated 4.8.2008 in C.S.968/2007. Considering the year of the dispute, this Court is inclined to fix an early date for disposal of the WPs. Hence, post the main WPs for final disposal in the first week of December 2016. These WMPs are ordered accordingly.
