The petitioner has filed the above contempt petition
to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in Writ Petition No.3488 of 2015.

appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent
is not doing any construction work in S.Nos.72/3A, 72/5G1, 72/5G3. Further, in support of his contention, the learned Special Government Pleader also produced a Certificate, issued by the Village Administrative Officer, Nagapattinam District. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader also produced a letter, written by the Revenue Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Nagapattinam stating
that the Officer is scrupulously following the orders of this Court in letter and spirit.
Special Government Pleader and in view of the letter, given by the Revenue Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Nagapattinam and the Certificate, issued by the Village Administrative Officer, Nagapattinam District, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
