The mediation report along with the mediation agreement dated 06.02.2015 entered into between the parties is duly received by this Court, as per which, amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties regarding the issue involved in the suit. The learned counsel on record for both the plaintiff and the defendant have on behalf of their clients admitted the factum and terms of the compromise. As such, the mediation agreement dated 06.02.2015 is duly recorded and the suit is accordingly disposed of. The mediation agreement along with the mediation report dated 06.02.2015 shall form part of the decree. No costs. Registry is directed to refund entire Court fee to the plaintiff.
