The petitioner, who is the purchaser of the property from the Borrower-Judgment Debtor and the first respondentBank/Decree Holder have settled the matter amicably in terms of Mediation Agreement dated 12.02.2015 out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side.

According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/Bank, the entire amount awarded by the Lok Adalat due and payable by the second respondent/Judgment Debtor was already discharged by the petitioner/purchaser, in pursuance of the agreement entered into between the parties on their own volition and without any pressure or coercion.
