Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 17.06.2014 given by the petitioner.
Both the petitioner by name P.Soundhirarajan and the second respondent by name K.Balakrishnan along with their respective counsel on record and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) representing the State are present.
As per the mediation report dated 18.02.2015 received from Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre both the petitioner/complainant and the second respondent/accused have settled the dispute between them out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side, in terms of the agreement entered into between them dated 18.02.2015. The Mediation agreement is recorded and the petition is disposed of in terms of the mediation agreement dated 18.02.2015. The mediation agreement dated 18.02.2015 shall form part of the order.
