As per the affidavit of service filed herein, notice was duly served on the proposed 7th respondent, who is the LR of the deceased second respondent.
In view of the same, the proposed respondent did not make any appearance either in person or through any pleader.
Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the CMP Nos.121 to 123 of 2015 in S.A.No.371 of 1997 are ordered.
