ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners, who were charged for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 324, 506(ii), 109 IPC altered into Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302, 324, 506(ii), 109 and 120(b) I.P.C in Crime No.245 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in judicial custody for more than 120 days and they may be released on bail with certain conditions.

The learned Government Advocate submitted that no such similar case is pending against the petitioners and charge sheet was also filed and the case is yet to be taken on file. The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 18371 of 2014 has previous cases and in those cases, he is on condition bail.

In view of the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 5 p.m until further orders.
