ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 18.08.2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 302 and 380 I.P.C in Crime No.31 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 56 days and hence, the petitioner may be released on bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e. at 10.00 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
