ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner is arrayed as A2 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 364, 324, 302 and 201 of I.P.C in Crime No.414 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 16.07.2014 and a false case has been foisted against him for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 324, 302 and 201 of I.P.C. He would further submit that A3 was already arrested and released on bail by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation was not completed and charge sheet yet to be filed in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 16.07.2014 and charge sheet was not filed in this case and A3 was already released on bail by this Court, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
