ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner is the accused No.6 and he was arrested by the respondent police on 05.07.2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 457, 380 of IPC altered into 147, 148, 302, 457 and 380 of IPC, in Crime No.134 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that charge-sheet has not been filed in this case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 90 days and charge-sheet has not been filed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
