ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners are A3 and A4 and they had voluntarily surrendered before the learned District Sessions Court, Dindigul, on 06.08.2014, for the alleged offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 341 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.70 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased in an accused, is a case of murder, in which A1's cousin brother was murdered by the deceased. Due to rivalry, on 25.04.2014, the petitioners along with the other accused are said to have attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and committed murder.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in this case, A1 and the other co-accused, namely A5 and A6 were arrested and released on bail and the entire investigation is over. He further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent have already completed the investigation and they have to file the charge sheet.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nilakkottai and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
