This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-
compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.10854
of 2012, dated 19.4.2012, wherein a direction was issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216,

Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993 to the petitioner and to revise the pensionary benefits and pay arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader submits that
the arrears amount of Rs.4,62,868/- has been sanctioned and
also credited to the account of the contempt petitioner on
11.7.2014.
3. Recording the said submission, the order of this
Court dated 19.4.2012 in W.P.No.10854 of 2012 is complied
with. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
