This Contempt Petition has been filed for noncompliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.10332 of 2012, dated 18.4.2012, wherein a direction was issued to the respondents to extend the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993 to the petitioner and to revise the pensionary benefits and pay arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ copy of this order.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader submits

that the arrears amount of Rs.1,55,168/- to the 1^st petitioner, Rs.3,75,259/- to the 2^nd petitioner and Rs.17,639/- to the 3^rd petitioner have been sanctioned and

also credited to the account of the contempt petitioners on 30.5.2014, 13.6.2014 and 14.7.2014 respectively.

Recording the said submission, the order of this Court dated 18.4.2012 in W.P.No.10332 of 2012 is complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. bbr
