PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the appointment order on the basis of provisional selection list to the petitioner's (Registration No.2805738) and further direct the respondents to induct the petitioner in the training programme which was scheduled to be commenced on 18.02.2013.

ORDER
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 04-03-2013 to the Registry to post this writ petition for withdrawal.
2.Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
