The petitioner was granted permit to ply his vehicle bearing Registration No.TN28D-9000 from Cholachal to Thikkamcode via Tharavilai Church, Karuklankuzhi, Alangamani Nagar, etc. The authorities are not maintaining the road on Tharavilai Church and therefore, it is not possible for the petitioner to take his vehicles through Tharavilai Church and he is covering the route from Cholachel to Thikkamcode by going through Aluvilai, Nellimoodu Kovil to Thikkamcode.
