Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the impugned order dated 1.02.2013 was passed without giving notice to the petitioner and the University will take action after giving notice to the petitioner and the impugned order may be set aside.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the first respondent, the impugned order is set aside. As the impugned order dated 01.02.2013 cancelling the guidelines of the petitioner, passed by the first respondent, has been set aside, the consequential order passed by the Registrar of the second respondent directing the students to choose another guide is also set aside. The first respondent is at liberty to take further action after giving opportunity to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
