ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners are arrayed as A2 to A4 and they apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.451 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity with regard to election dispute between the petitioners and the de-facto complainant, the petitioners attacked the de-facto complainant.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the injured had been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and
