ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner is arrayed as accused and he apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 403, 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, she has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner received sums from the de-facto complainant for getting admission of her daughter in Medical College.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submissions.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail in

the event of her arrest or on her appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District subject to the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and

(ii)The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
