ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners are arrayed as A2 & A3 and they apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.248 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.By an order dated 23.10.2013, interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners.

3.Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioners and the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4.Considering the position that the injured had been discharged from the hospital on 08.11.2013, this Court is pleased to make absolute the interim anticipatory bail. Accordingly, interim anticipatory bail granted dated 23.10.2013, stands made absolute and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
