ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.5, prays for the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302, 506(ii) IPC r/w. 109 IPC in Crime No.796 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.
(a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;
(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ No.4, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order,
(i) the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to their satisfaction;
(ii) the petitioner, being woman, shall be available for interrogation by the respondent police as and when required.
