PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 476 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.386 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence, he has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and
(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
