JUDGMENT

Aggrieved by Ext.P12 order of the District
Collector refusing to revoke the cancellation of
LA Patta in respect of the land in possession
and ownership of the petitioner,she has
preferred Ext.P13 appeal under Rule 21 of the
Kerala Land Assignment Rules,1964 before the 1st
respondent. The 1strespondent, by Ext.P14
communication, has informed the petitioner that
Ext.P13 can be treated only as a revision under
Rule 21(8) of the Kerala Land Assignment
Rules,1964. The limited prayer of the

petitioner in this writ petition is for an
expeditious disposal of Ext.P13.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned Government Pleader for
the respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the
case, there will be a direction to the 1st
respondent to consider Ext.P13 revision as

period of two months from the date of receipt of
