JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the owner in possession of a property covered by Document No.1323/1986 of SRO Tirurangadi. The petitioner submitted an application dated 31.12.2020 before the 4th respondent Village Officer for accepting land tax. A report has been submitted by the 4th respondent to the Tahsildar (Land Records). The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his application dated 31.12.2020.
