The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of Kuruppampadi Police Station, Ernakulam in Crime No.84/2020 has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, where the prosecution alleges commission of offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 read with 34 of IPC.
Since the matter has been pending from the year 2021 and learned counsel for the petitioner is not intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
