The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of Excise Range Office, Thankamany, Idukki in Crime No.58/2021 has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, where the prosecution alleges commission of offences punishable under Sections 8(1), 8(2) and 55(g) of the Kerala Abkari Act.
this matter the investigation has been completed and Final Report already filed.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
