JUDGMENT

Petitioner, who is working as an Anganwadi Worker on daily wages from 01.01.2004 laments that, though she has been working from the year 2004 to 2010 and during 2011 to 2020, the seniority list prepared by the third respondent in 2006 has not been finalized. The grievance of the petitioner is that, seniority list is not up-to-date and not taken into consideration the subsequent period of employment and seniority.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that, updation can only be upto 31.10.2010, vide G.O(M.S).No.79/2010/SWD dated 10.11.2010. Having considered this, I am inclined to direct the fourth respondent to prepare the draft seniority list upto the period 2010 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and after hearing the objections, finalize it within one month thereafter.
