JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the Manager of M.I. Educational Institutions which run a Higher Secondary School in Malappuram District. According to the petitioner, more than 350 students have appeared for SSLC examination and passed out with high marks qualifying themselves for higher studies. However, the number of seats available plus one course in the above school is in sufficient to accommodate the entire students in the locality. Accordingly, petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 and Ext.P2 representations before the first respondent which is stated to be pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that the delay in the disposal of the Ext.P1 and Ext.P2 may affect the future prospects of several students.
and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself, with a direction to the first

respondent to take up Ext.P1 and Ext.P2 representations and
to pass appropriate orders on it after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the petitioner personally or by online mode, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
