When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, he propose to withdraw the Writ Petition and to file fresh Writ Petition challenging Ext.P13 order.
Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge Ext.P13 independently and to raise all the grounds which he has already been advanced in the present Writ Petition.
