JUDGMENT

The petitioner is employed as HSST (Economics) in a Higher Secondary School. Aggrieved by the inaction and omission on the part of the first respondent to take up Ext.P3 revision filed by her, challenging Ext.P1 order, to the extent it appointed the petitioner only from 01.01.2019 instead of 03.08.2011, she filed appeal which was rejected by Ext.P2. Ext.P3 is the revision, which is stated to be now pending. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a delay in the disposal of Ext.P3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition itself, by directing the first respondent to take up Ext.P3 and to pass appropriate orders on it, after giving a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the representative of the fourth respondent of being heard either physically or by virtual mode and to pass final orders as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
