JUDGMENT
The grievance of the first petitioner is that though his name was not included in the draft list for transfer, his name was included in the final list and was transferred. He seeks to set aside transfer. Opposing the application, the learned Standing Counsel for the Water Authority submitted that the 1st petitioner has completed 3 years in Thiruvananthapuram District, but he did not opt for any specific place for his transfer. Hence he was ordered to be transferred by including him in the final list. He has taken charge in the new station on 25.08.2021, it was submitted. Having considered these facts, I find no merit in the writ petition. It is accordingly closed.
