JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this contempt case alleging noncompliance of the direction contained in the judgment of this Court dated 04.03.2021 in W.P.(C)No.14563 of 2020, whereby that writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the genuineness of the patta referred to in Ext.P1, with notice to the petitioner and other legal heirs of late Madaswamy, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that judgment.
