When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Pleader placed before me the order of the Deputy Excise Commissioner, Kozhikode No.D61063 of 2021 dated 26.09.2021, passed pursuant to the direction contained in W.P.(C.) No.8701/2021. The application was rejected after hearing the petitioner.
Accordingly, the order of this Court stands complied with. The Contempt of Court Case is closed reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the above order, if so advised.
