JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this court seeking the terminal benefits due to him. After long drawn proceedings, when the matter came up before this court on 03.09.2021, it was stated that the amount would be released on execution of indemnity bond . When the matter was taken up today, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order has been complied with and the amount of Rs.13,43,677/- (Rupees thirteen lakhs forty three thousand six hundred and seventy seven only)received. Hence the Writ Petition is closed recording the above, however, leaving open the right of the petitioner to claim interest, if any due to the petitioner.
Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
