The prayer in this writ petition is to consider Ext.P2 application for renewal of the licence of the petitioner as to act as Insurance

Surveyor and Loss Assessor. It is submitted that Ext.P2 application

has been filed by the petitioner on 19.12.2019 and it is pending before the respondents.

In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the respondents to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner without delay. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of the judgment before the respondents for compliance.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
