This writ petition is filed seeking directions to the respondent to consider Exts.P3, P3(a) and P3(b) complaints preferred by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, within 15 days as stipulated in Ext.P1 Government Order.
of complaints shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in Exts.P3, P3(a) and P3(b), after hearing the parties without delay, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
