JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate order or direction calling for Ext.P10 and quash the same as illegal, improper and unconstitutional.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction commanding the 1st respondent to accommodate and allot the petitioner's admission in 2nd respondent college under the reservation of Latin Catholic other than Anglo Indian(L.C)
learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
