JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction commanding the respondent to provide allotment to the petitioner under the reservation of Latin Catholic other than Anglo Indian(L.C);
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;
learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
