JUDGMENT

The petitioner who was granted appointment as Peon/Office Attendant in the 4^th respondent's School under rule 51B is aggrieved by the orders Exts.P4 and P5 by which the appointment granted to him was cancelled on the objection raised by the 6^th respondent who is a 51A claimant. The petitioner therefore approached the 1^st respondent with Ext.P6 Revision petition produced along with IA No.1/2019.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 Revision Petition after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 4 and 6 within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of the judgment.
