JUDGMENT

On 12.04.2019 this Court passed the following order in W.P(c).No.12199 of 2019:

“Admit. Shri P.C.Sasidharan takes notice for the respondent.

There shall be a direction to the respondent to include the petitioner college in the allotment process for the courses which are given affiliation by the University provisionally.

¶25

Post immediately after vacation.”

¶26

The University issued an order dated 25.4.2019 stating that affiliation is not granted for any of the courses for the year 2019-20.

The respondent has filed an affidavit. Though affiliation was being given to the courses B.A (English), B.Com (Finance), BCA and BBA to the petitioner college as on the date of passing interim order, it is seen that there was no affiliation. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent has committed contempt.

Accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed.
